Shout out to Margot and Sharon were absolute dreams! The level of care and support was incredible. Pay rise for them please!! Allies! Can’t wait for my second visit in September!
The two nurses who administers my monkeypox vaccine were lovely. Explained the process in full and we’re very quick.
Didn’t see any Dr
Sue/Sharon was amazing and made me feel calm and relax!
None
From booking the appointment, to speaking to the initial nurse there was confusion and it wasn’t leaving me with much confidence. I arrived to have my Hep a jab (confirmed with the senior nurse only on the day) but wasn’t told they had run out of her A jabs till I got there.. was a complete waste of time. No even an apology either.. It would have been great if someone called me beforehand to advise there were no Hep A jabs available.
Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us. I am very sorry that your treatment was not available on the date. If you still require to see us, please do contact me and I will ensure that you are given an appointment.
Treated with respect.
The reception staff and two nurses were understanding that I was gay, and showed great compassion and warmth to me, when receiving my Monkeypox vaccine.
The nurses who treated me professional, caring and highly personable. A credit to the NHS.
Doctor not involved - nurse appointment for monkeypox vaccine. Nurses and receptionist were great, although slight delay to appointment time.
